The end of August 2017 meant for BOK Group the beginning of a very exciting project, which was completed in September 2018. The London 14 Westwood Park project had a value under £1.5M and was completed in 12 months. Our construction manager Dan Diaconu was able to make sure that everything ran smoothly. BOK specialists completed the project on time with the characteristic immaculate BOK guarantee.

BOK workers were tasked with the responsibility of transforming an old 1959’s three-bedroom house into a stylish new construction. The old house was demolished and reinstated into a new construction of an Italian style villa hosting a mix of 7 contemporary 1, 2 and 3 apartments. In addition, the new construction had an additional wrap around side and rear 4 storey extension, 2 roof terraces and front and rear landscaped gardens. The project’s challenges were met with swift professionalism. BOK specialists managed efficiently the project’s evolution through careful planning and strict work ethics.

Works included demolition, underground drainage, foundations, external walls, internal walls, dividing floors, roof and terrace finishes, insulation, RW system, internal timber stairs, external walls over, external doors and windows, terrace and balconies, internal carpentry (doors, kitchens, skirtings, window boards), floor finishes, walls ceilings and woodwork finishes, mechanical and plumbing package (which also includes sanitary ware), installation of electrical package, landscaping and other external works. Each work was completed with professionalism and high attention to detail.
