The Curtain sits in the heart of Shoredith, London’s most creative district. This is where you can find stunning examples of architectural brilliance. Initially, BOK was awarded the model rooms where we have undertaken all the packages excluding the M&E and after that BOK was awarded the blockwork package with works carried out from Level -3 to Level 7. Our attention to detail and professionalism on site, extended the work contract to new requirements.

The main package delivered by BOK was the painting and decorating package centered around 120 guests rooms and suites, rooftop pool and lounge, gym, treatment rooms, co-working space and 6,000 square feet of event space, with a ballroom, screening room, etc. The final results were immaculate, with the wow factor in place. Our specialists used their expertise to create amazing rooms, which impressed the client at the end of the project. BOK delivered the blockwork package as per there agreed programme and budget.

The painting and decorating package was started 4 months later than the initial start date and we had to finish this 5 star hotel which comprised 120 guests rooms and suites, rooftop pool and lounge, gym, treatment rooms, co-working space and 6,000 square feet of event space, with a ballroom, screening room in less than 16 weeks which was a big challenge.
